Refund Policy

At Lovazi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

A. IF THE PRODUCTS NEVER ARRIVED

You will get a full refund if:

  • Your order was marked as "delivered" but you never received it.
  • The tracking information shows no delivery progress for an extended period (typically beyond the estimated delivery window).
  • The package was lost in transit due to a shipping error.

If the above situations occur in your order, we may need 2-5 business days to investigate with the shipping carrier, if the product is confirmed lost or undelivered, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 days.

Exceptions

  • Refunds may not be granted if an incorrect or incomplete address was provided at checkout.
  • Delays due to customs, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances may require additional time before a refund is issued.

C. DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our team may ask you provide pictures/videos of the product and packaging (including shipping label). Once confirmed, we will provide you a return label to return the product to us. After we received it, we’ll provide a free replacement or full refund upon verification.

D. CHANGE THE MIND

If you’ve changed your mind, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (with tags/labels intact).
  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is not excluded from returns (e.g. perishable goods, personalized/custom items, or final sale products).

Then please contact our customer service team, and they will provide you a return address for you to return the product to us. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping cost. Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (processing time may vary by bank).

D. EXCHANGES

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (with tags/labels intact).
    The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  •  The product is not a final sale, custom-made, or non-exchangeable item (e.g. underwear, personalized goods).

If you need to exchange an item please contact us at lovazistore@gmail.com or Call Us at +86 17765819031, we will provide you a return address for you to return the old product to us, and send you a new product to you after receiving it.

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it normally take 7 days for the  bank to process and post the refund too.

G. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
