Return Policy

By placing an order through Lovazi you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our return methods and procedures. 

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

B. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, you can contact us at lovazistore@gmail.com or Call Us at +86 17765819031. If your return is accepted, We’ll provide you a return address via email to send the product back. The inspection could take around 1-7 business days, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

C. CANCEL THE ORDER

If your order has not yet shipped, we will fully refund you. But if your order has already been processed/shipped, sorry we can not cancel it.

Please wait for the package to be delivered and then return it to us. 

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (processing time may vary by bank). 

Please do not refuse the package, as it may result in the item being lost.

D. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To return your product, please contact our customer support and they will provide you the shipping address. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

E. CHANGE YOUR MIND

If you’ve changed your mind, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following conditions.

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging (with tags/labels intact).
  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product is not excluded from returns (e.g. perishable goods, personalized/custom items, or final sale products).

Then please contact our customer service team, and they will provide you a return address for you to return the product to us. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping cost. Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund within 7 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (processing time may vary by bank). 

F. FOR AN EXCHANGE

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging (with tags/labels intact).
    The request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  •  The product is not a final sale, custom-made, or non-exchangeable item (e.g. underwear, personalized goods).

If you need to exchange an item please contact us at lovazistore@gmail.com or Call Us at +86 17765819031, we will provide you a return address for you to return the old product to us, and send you a new product to you after receiving it.

E. RESTOCKING FEE

We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

F. REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it normally take 7 days for the  bank to process and post the refund too

H. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
