By placing an order through Lovazi you are agreeing to the terms below. We set these policies to ensure that you are fully aware of our refund and return methods and procedures.
A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
B. RETURN PROCESS

The inspection could take around 1-7 business days, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You must ship it back at your own return shipping expense. When purchasing, regardless of whether there is free shipping or shipping fees incurred, once we receive the parcel, the shipping cost of the purchased products will deducted upon refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To return your product, please contact our customer support and they will provide you the shipping address. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
D. EXCHANGES

E. RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
F. RETURN SHIPPING FEE
The return shipping fee must be borne by the customer himself.
G. REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it normally take 3-7 days for the bank to process and post the refund too.
H. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
